- How to Find Us
The club is located at the top of Oaklea Way. The Postcode (for use only with satnav) is TN22 2BN and the GPS coordinates are: 50:58.36140N 0:5.55582E. Your easiest access from within Uckfield is from the traffic light controlled crossroad at the top of the High Street
(just up from the Picture House cinema), turning into Church Street
and then after about 480 yards turn left
into Rocks Park Road. The road narrows as you pass the church, so be alert to pedestrians and oncoming traffic.
As the map below shows, from the west you can also turn from the A272 at Piltdown
into
Shortbridge Road
(just past the petrol station) and follow the bendy road into Uckfield, crossing the
bridge over the
A22 Uckfield bypass after 1.75 miles and then after a further 0.6 miles, turning right
into Rocks Park Road.
After about 240 yards take the second left into Oaklea Way, and you'll find us on the right at the top of the short hill after the dip.
The club lies behind the
Grants Hill Court retirement flats complex, with a footpath approach alongside the large brick buildings.
IMPORTANT NOTES ON PARKING:
Parking is limited and you may have to park further down the street.
If you have to park in the street please do so according to the rules of the Highway Code and so as not to obstruct or inconvenience any of our neighbours.
You MUST NOT park in the bays serving the flats which are further on from our own parking bays; the spaces there are strictly for residents only. The bays nearest the club (the area is clearly identified by a signpost) are reserved for use by the club and its guests. We strongly recommend that visiting teams share vehicles as much as possible.
