Although our fixtures and events are agreed before the start of the season, changes are often needed due to unforeseen circumstances.  Additional events and last minute changes will occasionally be necessary, especially during these times of Coronavirus precautions.  This page provides any additional information and changes that may occur to our bowling programme and playing arrangements.  We encourage you to read this information together with the formal fixture listing.

Leagues

The Horam League, Mid Sussex League and John Spriggs League matches will be played as per normal, although participating clubs may have precautionary arrangements in place so as to follow current Covid-19 safety guidelines.

Matches

Match selection sheets are displayed inside the clubhouse on the right as you enter, so please add your names to those sheets and tick your names on selection sheets for matches for which you have been picked.   It is no longer necessary to contact Peter Daly for selection purposes unless he sends out any notices to the contrary.  Match selections are normally sent by email to the players who have been selected, but you should not rely on this; the selection sheets in the clubhouse are the definitive record.

Fixture details are subject to change.  A circular will be sent to all members in advance of any changes to scheduled matches.

Rink bookings for matches and roll-ups

Please use the rink booking sheets which are on display in the clubhouse.   Please note that booking a rink on the sheet does not reserve any given rink for your game; it merely reserves a slot for you, and you will need to draw for a rink on the day in the usual way.
